§ 22-64. Location of manufactured homes regulated.

(a)

After the effective date of the ordinance from which this article is derived, it shall be unlawful for any person to place, maintain, or use any manufactured home for living, sleeping or business purposes unless it has been permitted as provided herein.

(b)

After the effective date of the ordinance from which this article is derived, no permit shall be issued for a mobile home as defined herein to be located in the county.
