§ 4-177. County facilities.

Except as set forth herein below, it shall be unlawful for any person to sell or consume any alcoholic beverage at any county-owned building or facility. The sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages at any boat ramp, river landing, or any county-owned pavilion shall only be permitted with an approved application for a special event alcohol permit through the county administrator's office and approval by the county board of commissioners during any of its duly-organized meetings.
