§ 4-21. Character of applicant.

  • All applicants for retail alcoholic beverage licenses which may be issued under this article and all persons who will be employed at the establishment at which the license will be exercised shall be of good moral character, to be judged of and by the board of commissioners. If any of them are found by the board not to be of good character, the application shall be denied.
