§ 4-22. Criminal record disqualifies applicant.

  • No applicant for a retail alcoholic beverage license which may be issued under this article who has a criminal record or who has been convicted of violating any law or regulation of the state or any political subdivision thereof, or of the United States of America, governing or relating to the sale of any alcoholic beverage, shall be granted a license pursuant to this article. The forfeiture of bond or collateral shall be considered as a conviction for the purpose of this section.
